The 'Order' tag is really easy to use: it just defines a relation between an event and an action. If the event occurs and such an order is
defined, then the action is realized, and the related binary will be launched.
The keyword for the 'Order' definition are all mandatory.
Name: The name of the order
Event: The name of the event that we want to be associated with an action
Action: The name of the action to be associated with the event
